AccessHealth Lowcountry (AHL) is a program for uninsured adults (19-64) residing in Beaufort and Jasper Counties. The program places clients with a healthcare provider for the provision of primary care services. Medication and transportation services are available based on need. AHL also provides case management services for individuals with complex or chronic health conditions.
