Organization Description
Preventive health care to individuals of all ages and income levels. Family planning, immunization, family support services, WIC, home visits for newborns, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis, and other communicable diseases. Services to children with special health care needs (CRS and Babynet). Environmental sanitation and vital records services are also provided. Language assistance available.
