Mission is to provide efficient and no-cost health care for the uninsured/underinsured who live and/or work in Bluffton or Jasper County. Using volunteer physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, we provide basic medical care to individuals who live and/or work in the town of Bluffton or Jasper County and their families. We provide free medical care for those patients that do not have insurance or are underinsured and do not qualify for Medicaid, Medicare or other similar programs. Income must not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Bring Photo ID, Electric Bill, and copy of recent pay stub.
