Dedicated to providing hospice services that offer hope, encouragement, and care to those who live with a life limiting illness as well as support for their family, friends, and community. FRIENDS offers support to any member of our community regardless of their inability to pay. Caregiver support, bereavement support as well as support groups for children in Beaufort County schools, are a few of the ways our loyal group of volunteers help us to provide additional services to our friends in Beaufort County. Volunteers play an important role in fulfilling FRIENDS mission.
