Clinic volunteers offer professional primary health care free of charge to eligible patients, including diagnosis and treatment of common acute illness and management of chronic disease, non-surgical cardiology and orthopedic specialty care, mental health care, health education, and prescription assistance. Diagnostic testing and imaging are provided through the generosity of Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Spiritual support is also a part of the faith-based clinic, including opportunities for prayer and individual pastoral care appointments as patients may desire.

Eligibility Requirements

– age 18-64

– household income ≤200% FPL

– resident of Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, or Colleton County

– ineligible for affordable subsidized health insurance under the Affordable Care Act
