A mobile health screening unit that provides free and low cost screening services to anyone 18 and over in the 3 county area of Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton Counties. Services provided are FREE blood pressure, FREE blood glucose, $10 Lipid Profile (cholesterol) and $10 PSA (Prostate blood test). When the Nurse Practitioner is present we can offer FREE clinical breast exams and skin cancer checks. Practitioner must be requested at time of scheduling. There is no charge to have the CHIP Mobile Wellness Unit at your church or office or event.
