Hours are 8:30-4:30PM, Mon-Fri. All residents applying for any form of assistance are required to submit ID, copies of income and expenses (and other documentation as required). A budget analysis and assessment is completed in a formal interview with the social worker. It is in the best interest of residents to call first to inquire that the social worker is available and of the proper documentation needed. We assist residents with rent/mortgage, lodging, utilities, food; and those who have experienced a house fire (Fire report and Red Cross Referral required). Residents who have experienced a house fire meet with the social worker; and, Director of Thrift Store Operations to obtain assistance with basic furnishings through donations available in our thrift stores.
An annual Christmas Program is provided for children 12 and under for parents in need of assistance.
