1. Tell us about your business; and what is your business philosophy?

To provide the buyer and selling clients with the most professional service possible. To always be able to look a client in the eye and say I did my best.

2. Why are you passionate about your commitment to United Way’s Community Impact Fund?

Having served on the Board of Directors and many campaigns of the United Way of the Lowcountry I feel that the contributor’s investment is well managed and the outcomes are accountable. Their investment serves over 37 different community agencies.

3. What is something interesting or surprising that most people don’t know about you?

I have lived on Hilton Head Island for more than 44 years. Previously I lived on another island, St Croix, in the US Virgin Islands where I worked in a 13 room guest house. When all the rooms were booked I slept in a hammock hung up in front of the bar.

4. What would your older self tell your younger self?

Pray more. Say thank you more. Plan more.

Do right. Do your best. Treat others as you want to be treated.
